Pico DSO Oscilloscope

This is a project mainly focused on beginner-level hobbiests who want to learn electronics but can’t afford expensive DSOs…
It can be used for testing audio filters, SMPS, general experiments in the lab, and best for learning.

-This is reliable upto 250KHz analog signals(2 channel)
And 25 MHz of digital signals (8channel)

This DSO features many interesting features
Like:
2 channel support (upto 60V peak to peak)
2 Math channels with many functions
6 Voltage ranges (150mV to ±30V peak)
Run/stop/single trigger
Time & Frequency domain display (YT, XY & FFT)
2MHz Sampling (500KHz max Range)
8Channel 25MHz Logic Analyzer (for Digital signal, 5V or 3.3V)
Basic signal generator for testing (Sine, Square, Triangle)
AC-DC Coupling

NOTE – Connection type: USB (WiFi is also possible, contact me)
It requires a phone 📱 with Android 6.0 or higher.

•Up to 2MS/s sample rate (1MS/s with both channels enabled)

•Maximum analog bandwidth: 500kHz

•Record length: 2048 samples per channel in RUN mode, 100kS total for single shot captures

•Input Impedance:~ 300KΩ

•Maximum Input voltage range: +/- 30V; 60V peak to peak (divided into 6 Voltage ranges, 3 Normal, 3 Amplified)

•Coupling: AC/DC

•Connectivity: USB, Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi requires Raspberry Pi pico W board, contact me for details)

•Display Modes: YT, FFT, FFT+YT, X-Y, X-Y+YT
(YT: Voltage Vs Time, normal display
FFT: Fast Fourier Transform; helps to read frequency content and harmonics inside the signal
XY: Voltage Vs Voltage, Helps to test components by Lissajous figure )

•Trigger Types: Rising edge/Falling edge

•Trigger Modes: Auto/Normal (Run Mode + Single captures)

•Cursors: YT and FFT horizontal and vertical cursor lines (Cursors helps to accurately measure voltage, time , ∆V, ∆t etc..)

•On-screen measurements: Vmin, Vmax, Vpp, Frequency, Period, Duty

•Snapshot measurements (screen or sample record): Mean, DC RMS, AC RMS

•Export data format: CSV

•Signals can be input via Screw Terminals for 2 channel

•Signal generator – square wave up to 1.25MHz, sine wave – 1kHz, Triangle wave by RC filtered Square.

•AC and DC coupling of the input signals to cut out unwanted dc offset.

•Indicator LEDs: Status, Wi-Fi and Trigger

•FFT Window functions: Hann, Hamming, Blackman, Rectangle

•FFT Vertical units: dBm, dBmV, V

•Logic Analyzer: 25MS/s, 8 channels, No protocol decoding as yet. You can analyze square signals upto 6.5V, 8 channel here.

•Requires an Android device with the Scoppy app installed (Premium upgrade required for channel 2 activation)
